Mentors

Each mentor is assigned to a Summit Junior Baseball or Softball Rec team player and is expected to:

1- Provide player with needed equipment.

2- Help player improve in areas of struggle through weekly instruction during the spring season.

3- Encourage and equip player to succeed.

4- Attend player games and maintain communication with their coach to identify areas for improvement.

5- Stay in contact with player off season.

6- Help with RollAPair annual used equipment drive, fundraising and PR efforts.
